1. Non-Monetized Option

1.1 Subscription Fee

For users who opt not to monetize their AI Clone, a monthly subscription fee of $19 is applicable. This subscription fee covers the maintenance and availability of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for users who choose not to engage in monetization.

2. Monetization Option

2.1 Commission-Based Model

For users interested in monetizing their AI Clone and interacting with an audience, the following pricing model applies:

2.1.1 Generation Access:

• Access to the generation of your AI Clone is free. You can create and personalize your AI Clone without any upfront cost.

2.1.2 Commission Fee:

• SecondSoul charges a 30% commission fee on the monthly subscriptions paid by your audience.

2.2 Quality Creator Requirement

To maintain a focus on high-quality creators, users who do not bring at least 1 paying customer within 1 month may be subject to removal from the platform. This policy ensures a vibrant community of creators who actively contribute to the platform's success.

3. Billing and Payments

3.1 Subscription Billing

All subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis. Users will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3.2 Commission Payouts

Creators who monetize their AI Clone will receive payouts within 15 days after the last day of the month. The payout will reflect the creator's earnings after deducting the 30% commission fee.
